Amplifi Capital and Honey Badger meet to discuss how the technology will address challenges common to the lending sector, such as how to reduce application abandonment rates, how to detect fraudulent applications, and how to do both of the above in a way that improves customer experience and increases revenue.

Over the following weeks and months data is collected to track the impact of the solution on user onboarding rates, fraudulent detections and revenue.
After testing with thousands of new loan applicants, scrutinizing the results and comparing against KPIs - we now have the eagerly awaited insights. So, what impact did the technology have on customer friction? How did it perform compared to traditional onboarding solutions? And most importantly, how did it impact revenue?
